Economical Green Line Laser
FEATURES:
1. Direct Green Laser Diode for large temperature operation range.
2. Although it is an economical solution for laser line generator applications, this module adopts industrial-grade high-performance design.
3. Laser beam is focused at 1 meter to generate thin laser line from 0.5 meter to 1.5 meters.
4. This module has integrated wave lens, collimating lens, laser diode, and APC driver circuit.
5. APC driver circuit enables the Laser power output safe and constant.
6. Includes patented solid brass structure for the best shock resistance and better heat transfer consideration.
7. Aspherical Plastic Lens and Plastic Wave Lens provides tight Line Laser.

About APC (automatic power control) circuit:
The Laser output power must be stable especially in safety reason.
But the Laser power is related to the Junction Temperature (Tj) of the LD. It means that as the different Tj, the Laser power will be increased or decreased.
An APC (automatic power control) circuit is used to compensate the varying Laser output power to constant.
As shown in the picture, The principle of the APC circuit is monitoring portion of the laser light from the LD by the built-in PD and real-time feedback to control the laser output power constant and safety.

** According to FDA 1040.10 & IEC 60825-1 regulations, laser power output is measured by 7mm aperture stop from a 10 cm distance of the laser.
*** Operation temperature means within this temperature range, the laser spot/line will not be affected to change the spot size/line width. It can still work over this range, but the laser spot size or laser line width will be larger.
**** Laser module housing is an electrical positive surface, it is imperative that contact between the laser module and the machine be avoided. This is to prevent damage from the machine electrical leakage. Surge protected power supply to the laser module is strongly recommended.
